Carol Lau,  Senior Consultant

Carol graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1992, with a major in accounting. After arriving in Canada in 1993, she gained experience at two local accounting firms and received her CGA designation in 1999. The following year, Carol joined AYCO and has been the senior consultant since 2012.

Carol has been involved in a variety of accounting and taxation engagements over her twenty years in public practice. She has a particular interest in the areas of personal income taxes, as well as sales taxes, and she enjoys serving small business clients.

Carol has been a volunteer lecturer of personal taxation seminars held by SUCCESS.

She is an active and enthusiastic member of her church and has served in numerous capacities, including acting as its Treasurer for many years.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and skiing with her husband and friends.
